Auf so einem Sampler von MTV vermutet man eigentlich kein DANCE,

aber LUCA ZETA, 4 SURE und ROBY PINNA sind hier allen Ernstes vertreten - unglaublich.

Ja, Flames Of Love ist nicht der stärkste Titel von Luca....und schon gar nicht von 2006.

Dies weiß aber ein normaler Käufer dieser CD sowieso nicht......................

Soweit ich weiß, ist "Flames of love" nur von Luca Zeta produziert worden. Gesungen hat ihn eigentlich DJ Scorpio. Korrigiert mich, wenn das falsch ist.

Das find ich sehr merkwürdig... Madonna gibt sonst NIE eine Freigabe für aktuelle Singles für irgendwelche Sampler. Selbst auf einer Bravo Hits, die Unmengen an Geld zahlen könnten, war noch nie Madonna drauf. Aber auf so nem kleinen Ding hier? Ich weiß ja nicht...

"Flames Of Love" was released also with the arrangements of DJ Skorpio but it was sang by Luca Zeta that is also the producer.

We suspect that the compilation "Braun MTV Eurochart" is an illegal product.

The use of the songs of this compilation was not authorised by the artists and the respective label companies.

Since the spring of 1993 the Special Investigation Authority Buma/Stemra (ODBS) is being confronted increasingly by  distribution of illegal cd’s under fictitious titles (HiteXplosion, Airplay, Serious Hits, etc.) or under titles passing off existing brandnames (Braun/MTV, Veronica, etc.).

The rightowners of the works recorded on these cd’s have never authorized the duplication and distribution of such cd’s.

Because of the ever increasing trade in such illegal cd’s the ODBS conducted various criminal investigations. The results of these investigations showed that these illegal cd’s were distributed in large volume throughout the Netherlands. It appeared that these cd’s were released monthly.

This means that each year 12 editions of any particular illegal cd are distributed, the numbering of such editions corresponds with the months of the year. Such editions are also known as volumes.

These cd’s are not available in the regular outlets but are traded in the workplace, pubs, sportclubs, schoolyards and the like. This way complete networks come into existence which provide a constant demand.

In addition this kind of illegal cd’s increasingly is offered for sale via the Internet. Often also copies of such cd’s on cd-recordable at an even lower price.

Various investigations showed that a limited number of persons has been involved repeatedly in the duplication and distribution of illegal cd’s in the Netherlands and apparently control the market with respect to these products.

A number of titles of the illegal cd’s confiscated in the various criminal investigations are:

v Braun/MTV Eurocharts

v HiteXplosion

v Veronica

v Serious Hits

v Airplay

v Mega Top 50

v Rainbow Top 50

v Euro Top 50

It has become apparent that the sales price of the aforementioned illegal cd’s is dependent of the ordered quantity and whether it concerns a single or double cd. The most common consumer prices on the illegal market varied around 10 Euro per cd.

Herebelow follows a summary of a number of investigative activities of the past years which have lead to confiscations of this kind of illegal cd’s in substantial quantities.

Falls die CD wirklich illegal sein sollte, dann frage ich mich aber, wieso ROBY PINNA dieses "Produkt " auf der Seite seines Labels auch noch abbildet.

Gerade dann müßte er doch " Pirateria " schreien, oder nicht ?

Denke, dass sich Roby Pinna nicht bewusst war dass es sich um einen illegalen Release handelt...vielleicht hat er auch nicht direkt mit Freigaben etc. zu tun...oder vielleicht denkt er sich einfach das beste draus machen und als Referenz hernehmen obwohls gar nix bringt, für den Normalverbraucher wirkt die CD ja auf den ersten Blick offiziell und MTV macht ja was vom Namen her...
