Ian Pearson, head of British Telecom's futurology unit, told the UK's Observer newspaper that the rapid advances in computing power would make cyber-immortality a reality within 50 years.

Da ist schon was dran.

Ist schon fast beängstigend was Sony da bei der PS3 Pressekonferenz gezeigt hat. Die Steigerung zum Vorgängermodell ist wirklich enorm; und dieser Meilenstein hat nur 6 Jahre Entwicklungszeit gebraucht!

Es ist wohl nur eine Frage der Zeit bis man organisches Material am PC auslesen kann... Ich glaube nichteinmal, dass es dazu 45 Jahre brauchen wird.
